2) Questions raised, replies, changes, modifications, clarifications, supplementary content,  notice of suspension  extension of the project will be published on China International Bidding website. Suppliers have the obligation to consult the website information,  before the bid opening to the procurement agency telephone inquiry confirmation, failure to check as required to bear the corresponding consequences, will  be informed separately.
